Even though I was not a regular user of Shelfari (a social book cataloging website), I used to have it in my daily list of websites to check. Today I was greeted by the ever colorful ban page of Etisalat when I tried to visit it. It seems according to Etisalat, this particular site has been blocked because its content is inconsistent with the religious, cultural, political and moral values of United A**** Emirates.
I guess I need to agree to views of my friend who says that “Dung Beetles hardly know the difference between Chicken poop and Apple Pie”
Update [25th June 2008]: The ban has been removed for now[Link] and I have placed a widget in this blog too…
